A Biblioteca UNILÍNGUAS já está aberta e à espera de uma visita de seus usuários, em sua nova organização. Classificada por idiomas, oferece ao público, para consulta local, dicionários, enciclopédias e gramáticas. Para empréstimo domiciliar  – uma novidade para o aluno do UNILÍNGUAS que poderá retirar 03 (três) itens, por 07 (sete) dias, com possibilidade de renovação -  são disponibilizados os livros didáticos e de literatura, fitas cassete e CDs. Para isso, basta apresentar o cartão estudantil ou um documento oficial com foto e senha de 06 (seis) dígitos. Outra novidade é que o aluno do UNILÍNGUAS poderá também efetuar empréstimos na Biblioteca UNISINOS, sob as mesmas condições.
Para efetuar reservas e renovações de itens, o usuário pode acessar o site www.unisinos.br/biblioteca e realizar tudo com comodidade e segurança. Para a renovação de materiais com prazo em dia, pode-se também ligar para (51) 3590 8819, das 9h às 22h.
O horário de funcionamento da Biblioteca UNILÍNGUAS também teve alterações. O atendimento ocorre de segunda a quinta-feira, das 13h15min às 22h30min. Na sexta-feira, das 13h15min às 21h e no sábado, das 8h às 12h.

Los alumnos de Intermediario 2 de Español eligieron las palabras que ellos consideran más bonitas de la lengua que están estudiando. Entre ellas figuran: regalo, medialuna, temprano, olvido, vacaciones, remolacha, cosecha, por supuesto y mujer.
Algunas clases fueron diferentes. Para revisar los contenidos gramaticales lo hicieron a través de juegos, como por ejemplo: entablar una batalla naval o  como muestran las fotos, participar en una caza al tesoro para hallar verbos. Para el equipo vencedor ¡Un premio! Papas fritas y chocolates, que lógicamente, compartieron con sus compañeros.

Os alunos de Intermediário 2 de Espanhol escolherão as palavras que eles consideram más bonitas da língua que estão estudando. Entre elas figuram: ‘regalo’(pressente), ‘medialuna’ (croissant), ‘temprano’(cedo), ‘olvido’ (esquecimento), ‘vacaciones’ (férias), ‘remolacha’(beterraba), ‘cosecha’ (colheita), ‘por supuesto ‘ e ‘mujer’ (mulher)

Algumas aulas foram diferentes. Para revisar os conteúdos gramaticais o fizeram a través de jogos, como por exemplo: batalha naval o como mostram as fotos, participar numa gincana de verbos. E-mail communication

E-mail communication is the most popular work tool in this century. It means electronic mail. An e-mail is a message that people write on the computer and send instantly to other people. There are both advantages and disadvantages about e-mails.

One advantage of the e –mail is the fast communication among people. Another advantage are the short objective messages, because today, people don’t have very much time for long messages.

However, there are some disadvantages, too. For example the fact that they are too impersonal and that people speak less nowadays.

I think that today, e-mails are very helpful for the management in the business world. They are fast and objective like the business world.

Text messaging is very popular these days.

Almost all people have cell phones and send text messages.

Text messages are quicker, direct and discreet. The messages are read at the moment people receive them.

On the other hand, text messages don’t say much, because they are short and because people use symbols instead of complete words or sentences. People can have difficulties understanding them.

In my opinion, text messages are very good and cheaper than other forms to keep in touch with people.

Blogs

Blogs are a powerful tool, because we can use them for work, like big companies. We can use them for education, like I use them in my elementary school with my students, and just for staff use. In the blogs, many types of information are processed. As it is a tool of communication, many people can use it.

One disadvantage of blogs is that there are many blogs in the web that are bad opinions posted by bloggers. Because of this, it can impair the blog.

I think, that the blogs are very important for the communication, because they are a tool with specific features. These things are specific and also very easy to use.

Today young hearts around the world are filled with excitement. After a year that felt like ages, finally teenagers will get to see the sequel of the Twilight Saga: New Moon.

For those who still have not heard about this meteoric phenomenon, the story weaves around the teenage lovers Edward and Bella: he is a vampire, doomed to (or blessed with) enternity; she is a pretty girl who sees her life taken up by the supernatural. After all, vampires used to exist only in scary Halloween tales.
